Sr. Consultant

Lead the Payroll Onboarding for clients in Japan, coordinating collection of client/employee data, configure payroll and related systems, run parallel testing and gap analyses, and ensure a timely Go Live. Communicate effectively with domestic and international client contacts via email and online meetings, clarify client requirements, and document business processes for post-implementation support. Respond to client questions on Japanese payroll and social insurance rules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to hand off to the post-implementation services team. Drive onboarding milestones and Go Live, leveraging expertise in Japanese payroll, social insurance, and relevant payroll systems. Strong emphasis on MS Office (Excel) proficiency, and prior 3+ years in payroll operations within a BPO or corporate setting. Preferred: business-level English, experience building/configuring payroll systems, and experience with ARDI/O,奉行, or 弥生.
