Job Summary
Lead technical onboarding of payroll and social insurance services for Japanese clients from Tokyo, coordinating with onboarding teams to configure payroll systems, perform parallel runs and gap analyses, and achieve Go Live. Engage with domestic and international client contacts via email and online meetings to clarify requirements and explain post-implementation service processes. Answer client questions on Japanese payroll and social insurance rules; document client business processes for handover to support teams; collaborate cross-functionally to meet onboarding milestones.
Required Qualifications
- 日本の給与計算、社会保険制度に関する十分な知識
- Microsoft Office アプリケーションの中級レベル以上のスキル(特にエクセル)
- 3年以上の、BPOまたは企業での給与計算と社会保険実務経験
