Job Summary
Sr. Consultant – New Gas Fired Plant Build (Electrical) at ENTRUST Power Generation: Lead and support electrical design for new gas-fired power plant projects, serve as the owners engineer focal point for electrical scope, oversee capital projects, specify equipment, supervise vendor oversight and commissioning, and translate objectives into actionable plans while maintaining schedule and budget. Expect 15-20% field support and periodic travel across the United States and Canada. Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 8-15+ years of experience in power plant electrical design, operations & maintenance, and capital project management. Remote or hybrid work arrangement with travel to client sites and team collaboration through client meetings and technical discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- 8-15+ years of experience in Power plant electrical design, Power plant operations & maintenance, Capital project management
- Demonstrated technical expertise in power plant electrical systems and preliminary design, with the ability to execute projects independently
