Sr. Consultant- Extended Workforce (Talent Pool)

Job Summary
Lead client advisory engagements focused on Extended Workforce strategy and transformation, applying design thinking methodologies to assess current-state programs and define future-state solutions. Design and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to validate findings, while preparing executive-level recommendations and decision materials. Assess MSP, services procurement, and Extended Workforce programs to design operating models including governance structures and funding approaches. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to build roadmaps supporting program maturity and long-term scalability. Advise on technology ecosystems including VMS, analytics, and AI, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams. Contribute to intellectual property development and market research to support program expansion. Requires 6+ years of experience, willingness to travel up to 25%, and North America location outside California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Maryland.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Extended Workforce, MSP, services procurement, consulting, or related domains
- Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience delivering assessments and advisory engagements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Strong advisory and consulting skills with executive-level presence
- Ability to translate complex workforce challenges into structured, practical solutions
- Experience producing high-quality, executive-ready deliverables
- Solid understanding of Extended Workforce strategies, technologies, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams
- Location: North America locations outside of California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington and Maryland
- Employment contingent upon verification of identity and authorization to work in the United States
- Completion of Form I-9 and provision of acceptable documentation as required by law
