Sr. Consultant - Energy Components (Hybrid Work Model)

Job Summary
Facilitate client workshops to analyze user requirements and document business processes, including gap analysis, risk identification, and process improvement recommendations. Develop and document "As Is" and "To Be" process maps adhering to enterprise standards, then implement and configure Energy Components software to meet specific business needs. Design test scripts to ensure functional design compliance and collaborate with the product development team to suggest improvements. This role supports the Energy Components suite, the world's leading hydrocarbon Management software for production management in oil and gas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Technology or Petroleum Technology or similar
- 5+ years of work experience in the Oil & Gas business
- Experience in business process modelling and requirement analysis
- Technical competences in database modelling and programming, preferably Oracle (PL/SQL)
- Experience in programming, preferably Java
- Strong system integration experience
- Experience with cloud solutions, containers and RESTful integrations
- Experience in a customer facing role serving in a consultative and providing problem solving capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
