Job Summary
Senior Consultant / Data Engineer to design and create complex data visualization dashboards, develop and test data workflows to transform, cleanse and structure data, perform in-depth data analysis, apply AI/ML concepts to client projects, develop business cases and implementation plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support client engagement from discovery through final recommendations and implementation. Strong skills in data analysis, visualization tools, ETL, statistics, and stakeholder communications are required.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years’ experience in the data and analytics space
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
- Expert-level skills in Talend (or similar) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Advanced Excel and database management skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise
- Ability to lead project development
