Job Summary
Sr. Consultant, Cloud Solutions leads hands-on Google Cloud delivery engagements, architecting, building, and deploying modern cloud infrastructure. Focus on GCP, production-grade Kubernetes (GKE), and Terraform/OpenTofu, with emphasis on secure, scalable architectures and AI/ML workloads. Role involves technical leadership, design of foundational cloud infra for enterprise AI, client communications, project execution, and mentorship of team members. Travel not specified; role is client-facing with limited pre-sales involvement in first year. Preferred qualifications emphasize Google Cloud certifications, CNCF/HashiCorp credentials, and experience with MLOps and AI foundations.
Required Qualifications
- Deep Google Cloud Expertise with native GCP experience
- Kubernetes in Production (GKE)
- Advanced IaC with Terraform or OpenTofu
- Ability to lead technical delivery and mentor junior consultants
- Excellent communicators with client-facing experience
- Ability to work in ambiguous project environments and drive solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Active Google Cloud Professional Certifications (e.g., Cloud Architect, Cloud DevOps Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer) strongly preferred
- CNCF (CKA/CKAD) or HashiCorp certifications are a strong plus
- MLOps & AI Foundations: Experience or strong interest in architecting infrastructure for generative AI workloads
- Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including GKE, Vertex AI, and Terraform/OpenTofu
