Job Summary
Sr. Construction/Skilled Trades Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting in the construction industry, targeting field trades, foremen, superintendents, project management, and office roles. Requires 2–3+ years of recruiting experience in construction or industrial sectors, comfort managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, and strong skills in ATS/CRM usage, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search. Must articulate construction terminology to both field tradespeople and leadership, build rapid candidate pipelines, and maintain professional, results-driven relationships. Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of recruiting experience, required experience in construction, skilled trades, or industrial/manufacturing
- Experience recruiting for both field and office-based construction positions is highly preferred
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques
