Job Summary
Oversee all projects and operations for convenience store and ground up construction initiatives across North and South Florida, North Carolina, and expanding states. Manage the full construction lifecycle including project management and estimating while acting as a primary problem solver when business needs support. Earn a base salary of 150k-175k plus vehicle, phone, EOY bonus, and commission opportunities for new business. Requires a strong construction background with experience in project management, estimating, and relevant software such as Microsoft Project or Bluebeam. HS Diploma required with a four-year degree preferred.
