Job Summary
Manage multiple projects concurrently by overseeing deliverables, coordinating team members, and resolving issues to ensure on-time completion. Conduct document and cost reviews, code compliance inspections, and progress monitoring while managing client follow-up and scope changes. Provide solid recommendations to relationship managers and clients, author reports, and delegate tasks to Professional Associates. Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to deliver quality products within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience in construction or construction-related fields such as architecture, construction management, and/or engineering
- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
