Sr. Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Draft, revise, maintain, and implement compliance policies and procedures consistent with changing state and federal requirements, including HIPAA and data privacy statutes. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of organizational regulatory compliance internal controls. Lead internal investigations to assess compliance with relevant laws and internal policies, such as conflict of interest reviews. Lead efforts to integrate AI capabilities into compliance workflows and report program health, initiatives, and adherence to the WellSky Compliance Committee. Requires 8-12 years of related experience, GRC tool management, and SOC/HITRUST audit support. Based in Overland Park, KS, with willingness to work irregular hours.
