Sr. Compliance Manager, C&SD

Sr. Compliance Manager, Contractor & Supplier Diversity responsible for developing and monitoring MWBE/SDVOB participation goals, refining and managing reporting systems, and ensuring compliance with NYS laws across multiple high-profile projects. Key duties include researching and negotiating MWBE/SDVOB participation goals, soliciting and tracking MWBE/SDVOB utilization and workforce participation, maintaining accurate data in tracking systems, reviewing procurement and contract documents for MWBE/SDVOB provisions, liaising with contractors and grantees on requirements, providing technical assistance, presenting at conferences and events, analyzing and updating compliance processes, preparing quarterly/annual reports, and supporting leadership on marketing, outreach, and project management oversight. Required skills include advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract/data management systems, excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities, and a track record in contract compliance and regulatory adherence. Education: Bachelor’s degree; Experience: 5-7 years in MWBE/SDVOB, contract administration, regulatory compliance, grant administration, or construction; Supervisory experience preferred. Work location includes New York, NY and Albany, NY with in-office presence and potential for hybrid schedules.
