Job Summary
Senior Compliance Advisory Manager focused on regulatory compliance for Lending & Deposits products. Drives advisory support, risk identification and mitigation, and control strengthening to enable sustainable product performance. Partners with cross-functional teams to socialize compliance principles, develop procedures, and implement policy requirements across product operations. Responsibilities include assessing regulatory risks and controls, addressing gaps, engaging senior management on risk topics, developing and maintaining compliance policies and training, coordinating regulatory change management, and communicating analyses to oversight committees. Requires 6+ years in banking/compliance with 3+ years in deposits/lending compliance, strong knowledge of consumer protection regs, ability to leverage AI responsibly, and a track record of process improvement. Hybrid in-office arrangement with locations in San Francisco, CA and Lehi, UT; relocation available based on level.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of banking or financial services experience in compliance, risk management or audit
- 3+ years of deposits and lending compliance with a focus on consumer regulations
- Proficiency in consumer compliance regulations (DD, TISA, ECOA, UDAAP, TILA, FCRA, MLA/SCRA, TCPA, GLBA, EFTA, ESIGN) and internal controls
- Ability to apply AI to complex, high-stakes work with responsible use
- Experience partnering with stakeholders across functions and influencing decisions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a risk-based mindset
- Experience supporting regulatory examinations and compliance audits; developing and tracking timely corrective actions
- In-office/hybrid work preference with in-person collaboration; local hours with flexibility across time zones
- Relocation availability based on job level
