Sr. Compensation Partner

Job Summary
Senior Compensation Partner to shape the global compensation philosophy and programs. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, administering annual compensation cycles (merit, bonuses, promotions, and equity), leading the equity program in partnership with Finance and Legal, managing promotions for fairness and consistency, conducting pay equity reviews, providing compensation guidance for offers, and designing and governing job leveling frameworks and compensation ranges. The role requires maintaining compensation tools and data accuracy, preparing dashboards and leadership materials, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and global pay regulations, and participating in compensation surveys. The position offers remote work within the continental United States and collaboration across time zones, with exposure to senior leadership and a fast-growing global business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4-6 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with HRIS/Compensation tools (e.g., CompXL, Pave, ADP WFN, Radford, Mercer, etc.)
- Familiarity with job evaluation methods, job leveling, pay structures, and compensation ranges
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
