Job Summary
Senior Compensation Coordinator in Human Resources responsible for assisting with leader compensation and structure, analyzing internal and external salary statistics to provide recommendations, acting as a contact for offers, title consistency, restructures, and leadership reporting, configuring pay grades and evaluating positions for proper classification, and supporting compensation reporting and policy interpretations while leading Total Rewards Coordinators. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field and 1-2 years of HR experience; must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to communicate effectively with different levels of management. Strong analytical, planning, and documentation skills are essential.
