Job Summary
Senior compensation professional to evaluate org jobs including senior leadership, conduct market analysis of pay programs, participate in annual salary administration and pay structures, conduct complex salary surveys, and prepare data-driven recommendations. Requires expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, data visualization, deep knowledge of compensation principles and regulations, ability to analyze and present findings to varied audiences, and mentoring of junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in job related field
- 8+ years of job related and/or compensation administration experience
- CCP designation (preferred)
