Sr. Compensation Analyst - Supply Chain / Distribution (Remote)

Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies, managing projects from start to finish, overseeing day-to-day administration, conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to ensure programs remain competitive and compliant. Partners with leadership, HR, and business units to communicate compensation strategies and policies. Leverages HRIS/ERP systems (Workday preferred) to manage annual merit cycles, develop reports, and test new programs; develops internal processes, recommends improvements, and manages projects related to new HRMS implementations; researches internal and external data to inform compensation initiatives; ensures policies comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in advanced compensation analysis
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively
- ERP experience (Workday preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and analytical skills
- Project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of compensation and HR laws
- Experience with e-learning platforms and content creation (a plus)
