Sr Compensation Analyst MGT

Job Summary
Sr Compensation Analyst MGT leads complex job evaluations and market pricing analyses to support compensation decisions, reviews and recommends job architecture, titles, grades, and ranges, participates in salary surveys, analyzes market data and internal equity, and serves as a compensation consultant to HR partners and business leaders. The role uses Oracle HCM to administer compensation programs, prepares analyses and reports, and delivers training. Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and maintaining confidentiality are required. Occasional travel and in-office work in a climate-controlled environment are expected, with no visa sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources and/or Compensation experience, including at least 5 years in Compensation
- Experience with compensation principles, market pricing, job evaluation, salary administration, and compensation planning
- Experience providing compensation guidance and recommendations to Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders
- Experience leading compensation-related projects and initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
- Experience using Oracle HCM or similar Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, including compensation-related modules
- Experience leading annual compensation planning and salary review processes
- Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential.
