Job Summary
The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for the design, evaluation, and administration of competitive compensation programs with a focus on U.S.-based compensation while maintaining accountability for international markets. Key responsibilities include conducting job evaluations, performing market pricing studies, managing compensation cycles, and ensuring compliance with compensation legislation. Candidates should have at least an associate's degree and a minimum of 6+ years of compensation experience, with proficiency in compensation management systems and advanced Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimally an associate’s degree/Diploma in Business/HR Management or related field
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Experience working with compensation surveys
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and pay-for-performance programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- CCP or progress toward CCP certification
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to discuss compensation concepts confidently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
