Job Summary
Senior Property Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 420-unit high-rise, with a focus on lease-up management, achieving high occupancy, and maximizing revenue. Oversees the leasing process from prospecting to lease signing, conducts market research to identify target demographics, collaborates with marketing on campaigns, leads a leasing team, and ensures compliance with local/state/federal regulations. Responsibilities include property tours, tenant-relations, budget development and monitoring, cost-control initiatives, and implementing sales/marketing plans to optimize rental income and occupancy. Requires strong leadership, communication, and vendor management, along with proficiency in property-management software (e.g., Yardi) and Microsoft Office. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional resident experiences, maintaining property standards, and ensuring financial performance aligns with ownership goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on lease up activities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and leasing trends.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing luxury property budgets.
- Yardi and/or other management software knowledge highly preferred
