Job Summary
Develop and execute global community strategic plans through content tactics that support production objectives and marketing goals. Coordinate communication and initiatives with multiple departments to ensure cohesive messaging while leveraging resources to create meaningful player content. Act as a brand spokesperson for assigned titles, organizing events like studio visits and developer dialogues. Shape player feedback cycles to influence game experiences and retention, serving as a primary representative for player needs within Production and Publishing teams. Manage internal reports on feedback and activity, collaborating with live teams on post-launch communication and patch status. Lead the global community team by mentoring peers, defining best practices, and identifying cross-functional synergies to drive efficiency and ROI. Fluency in French required; international travel may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing online communities and leading the development of strategic plans or programs with demonstrable success.
- Extensive experience in the gaming industry with multiple gaming platforms, genres, and AAA game launches (required).
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, twitter, blogs, etc.) is required.
- Experience working in a demanding Production environment, with multiple deadlines, objectives, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of building and maintaining the growth of video game communities as well as developing and executing strategic player engagement plans.
- Proven track record of working with various stakeholders to filter and implement player feedback.
- Fluency in French.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in social media marketing is a strong plus.
- Experience with digital asset creation (video, photo, pod casts, etc.) a strong plus.
