Job Summary
Senior Communications Lead for Pinterest’s internal communications within the global sales organization. You will lead internal communications strategy, counsel senior leaders on messaging and narrative development, draft and edit leadership updates, presentations, talking points, all-hands content and AMA materials, partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align messaging and timing, build scalable processes and frameworks, adapt strategies for global audiences, and use AI to accelerate drafting while ensuring quality, confidentiality and audience fit across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as communications, business, English or organizational leadership
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives or other senior business leaders on internal communications, including advising on messaging, narrative development, tone and audience approach
- Experience leading internal communications strategies and programs that support business priorities, organizational changes and leadership objectives
- Experience leading communications for high-visibility internal events and moments such as all-hands, AMAs, leadership updates, reorganizations or culture initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day communications or operational workflows, with a clear approach to validating accuracy, tone, confidentiality and final quality
- Strong track record of critical evaluation and ownership of AI-assisted work, including protecting sensitive information, avoiding over-reliance on AI and remaining accountable for final decisions and deliverables
