Sr. Commissions Analyst

Job Summary
Develop and continuously improve commission and bonus processes by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and People & Culture. Administer sales commission calculations and process monthly payments for global teams while publishing accurate statements in the compensation system. Lead scenario modeling and data analysis during annual planning, optimize plan configurations, and manage journal entries under ASC 606/IFRS 15. Partner with Payroll and audit teams to ensure timely month-end closes and resolve compensation risks proactively. This role supports Centric Software's global retail and brand solutions with a focus on automation and process efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Commission experience
