Job Summary
Senior-level role focused on leading commercialization projects for large accounts within a remote capacity. Drives speed-to-market, acts as a center of excellence for S&OP and forecasting, oversees inventory planning (including LTO), identifies cost savings opportunities, manages crisis communications for supply disruptions, and advocates for customers across cross-functional teams. Requires extensive experience in sales/marketing, supply chain, project management or customer service, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The role emphasizes proactive collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations, with emphasis on demand alignment, inventory optimization, and process improvements to support customer success and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in sales, marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management or customer service capacity (preferably in food service/retail foodservice)
- Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM applications (Salesforce)
- Ability to meet short deadline constraints
- Proactive, resourceful, adaptable work ethic with autonomous problem-solving
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
