Job Summary
Lead commercial transformation initiatives and develop strategies that drive sustainable business growth and market expansion. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative business models. Partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to execute strategic programs and transformation initiatives. Drive performance management through KPI development, sales analytics, and data-driven recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness. Build strong stakeholder alignment and lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new strategies, processes, and tools across the organization. This senior leadership role focuses on shaping and executing commercial transformation strategies that drive business growth, operational excellence, and long-term market competitiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of managerial experience
- Strong commercial, strategic planning, and business development experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (for Baccalaureate degree)
- Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
