Sr. Commercial Training Manager, CARE

Job Summary
Lead design and delivery of the critical care and neonatology training curriculum across three brands, strengthening sales force and national account managers’ clinical acumen to drive commercial objectives. Drive compliant training strategies, gap analyses, onboarding, and multi-modal delivery (live, virtual, eLearning); maintain current content with clinical data and competitive intelligence; collaborate across Marketing, Medical, Leadership, and Field Sales Trainers; align with HEV activity; measure impact through coaching reports and performance metrics; manage budget and resources; support sustainability goals; travel up to 1 week per month for training sessions and meetings; hybrid role based in Cary, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Eight (8) years of experience across training and/or sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products including disease state and product knowledge
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Ability to translate complex medical information into practical sales training content
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to travel up to one week per month for training sessions, sales meetings, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Veeva Promomats, and Adobe tools
- Experience with LMS/LXP administration
Desired Qualifications
- Proven success in designing and delivering training for product launches
- Market access experience is a plus
