Job Summary
The Sr. Commercial Relationship Officer for the Commercial Middle Market Banking team is responsible for generating and growing business relationships with companies having sales sizes from $30MM to $750MM. Key responsibilities include developing a commercial customer portfolio, managing customer relationships, analyzing financial structures, and negotiating loan documents. Successful candidates will possess a strong background in commercial credit, with at least 7 years of experience, proven sales success, and excellent negotiation skills. A Bachelor's degree is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial credit with an established portfolio of Commercial customers
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong business development skills
- Strong sales and process management skills
- Strong negotiating skills
Desired Qualifications
- Formal credit training
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Commercial Banking Products and Services
- Strong in-market network of prospects and COIs
