Job Summary
Senior Commercial Generator Sales Rep responsible for outside sales in the Brooklyn/Queens, NY and Mid Hudson Valley area. Build relationships with end users and contractors, secure sales of generators and related services, influence stakeholders by showcasing value, collaborate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful installations, and pursue new market opportunities. Requires 3+ years of industrial/technical sales experience with generators/power systems, strong communication/interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, travel readiness, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial/technical sales experience with generators and/or power systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, and driven by exceeding goals and achieving results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
- Experience in the industrial/construction industry, working with contractors
- Possess a valid driver's license and are comfortable with travel and physical demands
