Job Summary
Establish new commercial escrow accounts and process documents by acting as a neutral liaison between buyers, sellers, and lenders. Monitor and mitigate risk with Underwriting while ensuring funds are properly accounted for and disbursed per contract terms. Complete closings by reviewing, recording, and filing documents to prepare final closing statements and title, adhering to strict delivery timelines. Prepare regular status reports for transaction parties and comply with all regulatory requirements. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and offers a salary range of $35.54 to $47.37 hourly. Candidates need four to six years of commercial escrow experience and may require state-specific certification.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of escrow related experience as an Escrow Officer, preferably in Commercial
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- This position is hybrid, in office 3 days per week
