Job Summary
Review order files, identify missing documents, and track recorded or trailing documents due post close. Prepare wires, Closing Disclosures, and ALTA Settlement Statements per client instructions, while verifying liens and updating lien releases. Correspond with lenders, borrowers, and entities as directed, and audit files after closing for excess funds and recorded document returns. Assist in resolving issues related to orders, closings, and funding with minimal supervision, cross-train with the Team Lead, and perform other assigned duties. Meet deadlines independently to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the Mortgage industry
Desired Qualifications
- Mortgage title experience preferred
- Ramquest production system knowledge preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Excel and Powerpoint
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
