Job Summary
Review order files, identify missing documents, and track recorded or trailing documents due post-close. Prepare wires, Closing Disclosures, and ALTA Settlement Statements while verifying liens and updating lien releases. Correspond with lenders, borrowers, and entities as directed, and organize files for the return of recorded documents and excess funds. Assist in resolving issues related to orders, closings, and funding with minimal supervision, and cross-train with the Team Lead to build departmental efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the Mortgage industry
Desired Qualifications
- Mortgage title experience preferred
- Ramquest production system knowledge preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Excel and Powerpoint
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
