Job Summary
Senior Commercial Analyst based in Casablanca focusing on data-driven growth and revenue optimization. Drive Partner Ads and Promotions strategy, build sales pipelines and conversion funnels, and consolidate tools/reports to track KPIs and manage partner investments in Partner Ads. Deliver actionable insights to leadership, support Commercial projects (Business Planning, partner P&L analysis, AM portfolio management), and create playbooks for newest Ads products to maximize relevance and conversion across advertiser segments. Collaborate with Head of Commercial and cross-functional teams to improve processes, efficiency, and partner value while managing multiple workstreams. Fluent in English and French (Arabic a plus); intermediate SQL and G-Suite skills required. The role combines strategic analysis, data optimization, and practical recommendations to shape commercial strategy in the Moroccan market.
Required Qualifications
- Min 3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy and/ or a fast paced analytical role in a high growth environment
- Demonstrated experience in leading the structuring and solving of complex problems
- A track record of delivering practical recommendations and translating them into action and results
- Effective prioritization and ability to lead multiple project workstreams
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly (written and oral)
- Intermediate SQL skills, plus G-suite proficiency
