Job Summary
Support technical assessment and delivery of network solutions for government wide area, local area, and command and telemetry infrastructures. Provide technical direction for planning, designing, and implementing communications infrastructure including routers, firewalls, and DNS systems. Generate installation plans, procedures, and training documentation to facilitate efficient C&T solution deployment. Conduct transition from existing to new network designs and offer consulting on solution tuning and modification. Collect data from sources to determine customer needs and respond to technical information requests. Requires TS/SCI clearance and 16 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Must be compliant with DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2
- Professional experience with OSI layers 1, 2, and 3 to troubleshoot various network faults and performance issues
- Hands on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper routers
- Extensive experience troubleshooting of Multiprotocol Label Switch (MPLS) across the WAN
- Hands on experience deploying Command and Telemetry solutions
- 16 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education
