Job Summary
Senior Collections Lead responsibilities include managing a diverse AR portfolio for large health-system and enterprise customers, serving as primary contact for assigned accounts, performing complex reconciliations of high-volume invoices/payments/credits, analyzing discrepancies to drive resolution with cross-functional teams, proactively following up on aging receivables to improve cash flow, and presenting account status updates to leadership. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, emphasis on reducing risk and ensuring compliance with healthcare billing standards, plus opportunities to identify process improvements and support month-end close activities. Proven experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups) is preferred, along with ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant accounts receivable experience
