Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Security clearance TS/SCI with CI POLY or ability to obtain one
- 10 Full time years of experience in a strategic CI-HUMINT Collection Management role
- 5 full-time years evaluating IIRs and providing critical thinking feedback to shape operations
- 7 full-time years as an intelligence analyst in a Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, CI-HUMINT operations, and CI-HUMINT Collection Management
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Must have knowledge and experience with ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a CI-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated on a pre-appointment and periodic basis
- Master's Degree
- DoD or IC Collection Management Certification
- US Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program HT-JCOEIA Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent
