Job Summary
Utilize account management processes to identify new customers, develop action plans, and build a strong sales pipeline while updating the CRM system. Conduct market research on trends and competitors, collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to design custom cold storage solutions, and provide technical guidance for selecting suitable container rentals. Perform regular follow-ups, troubleshoot issues, and prepare sales reports with forecasts and performance metrics. Travel to customer job sites for outdoor work and equipment room inspections, addressing variable weather and environmental conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 (five) years of business development and solution sales experience in the refrigeration market space
- Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
- First-hand experience and strong working knowledge in one or more of the following vertical markets: Cold Storage Warehousing, Food and Beverage, Food Processing or Pharmaceutical
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
