Job Summary
Senior Rentals Cold Storage Account Manager responsible for promoting and selling container cold storage rental solutions to potential clients. You will identify new customers, develop action plans to grow accounts, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, update CRM with pipeline and forecasts, and collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials. You will provide technical guidance to help customers select and design container cold storage solutions, work with engineering to customize solutions, and conduct regular follow-ups and after-sales support. Travel to customer sites is required, with potential exposure to outdoor environments and mechanical spaces. The role emphasizes generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing market insights to improve sales strategies. A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred; a minimum of five years in business development and solution sales within refrigeration is required, along with a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of business development and solution sales experience in refrigeration market
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months (no major violations)
- Experience in Cold Storage Warehousing, Food and Beverage, Food Processing or Pharmaceutical
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
- Strong technical background in refrigeration systems
- Experience with container cold storage solutions and CRM
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and engineering teams
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights to management
