Job Summary
Sr. Clinical Trial Manager at Merida Biosciences leads cross-functional study teams to deliver clinical trials on time, within budget, and in compliance with SOPs and ICH/GCP. Responsibilities include vendor/CRO oversight, RFP development, country/site feasibility, site budgets and contracting, monitoring resource plans, risk and contingency management, trial communications, training and QA interactions, study drug distribution and accountability, start-up through closeout, and final documentation (eTMF).Requires BA/BS in Life Sciences and 4+ years of relevant experience; travel is required; compensation range $165,000–$190,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Health or Life Sciences
- Minimum 4+ years of Clinical Trials Manager experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
