Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and corporate roles, sourcing Behavioral Health Care Managers, Psychiatric Consultants, and Outreach Specialists across multiple states. Build proactive talent pipelines with passive candidates, leveraging market intelligence to anticipate workforce challenges. Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, interview strategies, and selection criteria while maintaining a high hiring bar. Serve as an ambassador for Colla Health, ensuring a transparent candidate experience that strengthens the employer brand within the behavioral health community. This fully remote 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity requires 7+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, including licensed clinicians, with a builder's mindset to support Colla Health's expansion in providing behavioral health to cancer patients.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting licensed clinicians, including LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, Psychologists, PMHNPs, or similar provider types
- Strong understanding of clinical licensure requirements and multi-state healthcare recruiting
- Demonstrated success recruiting within startup, high-growth, or rapidly scaling organizations
- Proven ability to proactively source, engage, and recruit passive candidates in competitive markets
- Experience partnering directly with founders, executives, and hiring leaders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence hiring decisions and serve as a trusted talent advisor
