Job Summary
Senior Clinical Systems Designer responsible for leading the design and implementation of advanced clinical systems (Veeva EDC) to enhance trial design and execution. Responsibilities include leading design/development of clinical systems aligned with study protocols, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements, overseeing configuration, integration, and testing, providing strategic guidance on new technologies and best practices, and mentoring colleagues. Requires deep knowledge of CRF design tools, multiple clinical data management systems, system administration, and proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment. Travel ~10%; legal right to work in the role's country.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Extensive experience in design and implementation of clinical systems within the clinical research industry
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management
- Expertise in data analysis and clinical data management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%
