Job Summary
Senior Clinical System Designer at ICON responsible for designing and implementing advanced clinical systems that enhance trial design and execution; leads the design and development of clinical systems, collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements, oversees configuration, integration, and testing, and provides strategic guidance on implementing new technologies and best practices in clinical system design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Extensive experience in the design and implementation of clinical systems within the clinical research industry
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively in a matrix environment
- Expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in clinical data management systems and software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
