Job Summary
Develop, organize, and evaluate health promotion and educational programs for patients while overseeing daily activities and financial performance. Supervise staff, coordinate assignments, and manage personnel actions including hiring and performance appraisals. Act as the primary contact for funders and participants, develop promotional literature, and prepare periodic reports for management. Liaise between clinical areas, laboratories, and vendors to expedite sample requests and process testing orders. Maintain patient confidentiality, manage supply levels, and assist the Clinical Program Manager in establishing departmental best practices and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
