Job Summary
Maintain 4 billable hours daily of clinical work while overseeing supervisor ramp, productivity, and outlier management for high-volume regions. Coach supervisors on prescription fulfillment, conduct individual performance meetings, and facilitate bi-monthly cohorts. Monitor Time-to-Standard conversion, complete compliance check-ins, and track the Behavior Analyst Resident program pipeline. Deliver targeted clinical and operational trainings as assigned by Clinical Directors. This role supports ACES's 2XO initiative to elevate autism treatment standards across 30+ locations, partnering with regional leadership to drive supervisor retention and BAR growth.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with only general supervision
- BCBA certification
- Proficiency with MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail, Database software, project management software
- Highly organized
- Professional, positive attitude and appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 1 year experience managing other managers (e.g., overseeing supervisor Levels 1,2, or 3)
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 25 pounds
