Job Summary
Lead client relationships and orchestrate holistic commercial growth for CPG clients by crafting data-driven activation strategies across Media and Incentives. Manage the full activation lifecycle from kickoff and trafficking inputs through in-flight optimization, reporting, and invoicing while monitoring campaign pacing and troubleshooting performance issues. Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Operations to align audience planning, media investment, and campaign execution, translating client goals into strategic plans that drive KPI achievement. Proactively uncover organic growth opportunities and execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies to accelerate brand performance. Work within a 5-day in-office schedule to deliver actionable insights and compelling narratives using campaign results and audience analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4–5+ years of experience in media, incentives, account management, business development, or related digital marketing roles
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking skills with experience using data insights to drive performance
- Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling, and client‐facing skills
- Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in fast‐paced environments
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving solutions forward proactively
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross‐functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing integrated media or incentive‐based campaigns; publisher, agency, retail media, or CPG experience preferred
