Job Summary
The Sr Client Services Project Manager role involves maintaining direct contact with customers pre-sale or post-sales, ensuring delivery of objectives and client expectations in accordance with contractual obligations. Responsibilities include customer communication via various channels, supporting sales teams by developing and maintaining positive customer relations, conducting technical training, and providing post-sale technical support. Candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma, strong technical experience, proficiency in English and Spanish, and excellent customer service and analytical skills. Familiarity with the travel industry, travel distribution systems, ITIL, and experience using Salesforce CRM are highly desirable. The role requires effective time management, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.

- Experience with travel distribution/reservation systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus)
- ITIL/ XML/ SQL/ API Programming
- Experience using Salesforce CRM tool
