Job Summary
Responds to orders, client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints; records consistency of problem areas; resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service; determines causes of problems and selects the best solution to expedite corrections or adjustments; follows up to ensure resolution; performs routine responses with potential deviations from standard procedures; strong client service, documentation, listening, problem solving, and conflict-resolution skills; includes freight forwarding knowledge and the ability to multi-task; role is supported by standard office equipment and may require extended sitting or standing; E-Verify screening is required; weekend days schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years client service experience
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
