Job Summary
Gather information and risk management recommendations for renewals, then deliver renewals and binders as needed. Manage all policy activity aspects of assigned accounts, including endorsements and invoicing. Present new business and renewal risks to the insurance marketplace for quoting while maintaining timeliness and completeness to minimize errors and omissions claims. Develop deep understanding of assigned accounts and placement strategy by cultivating strong relationships with Insurance Company Partners and knowing carrier requirements. Requires a current P&C license, 2 years relevant experience, and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Hybrid schedule available.
Required Qualifications
- Current P&C license as required by the State Department of Insurance to effectively service clients or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses
- At least 2 years' relevant experience
- Possesses intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- The ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software programs
- Demonstrates effective presentation skills through verbal and written communications
- Exhibits excellent client service and problem-solving skills
- Can comfortably work in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
