Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned offshore funds distributed to Japanese investors, liaising between Japan-based fund sponsors and global product teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with asset managers, institutional investors, and trust banks while triaging inquiries and managing escalations to ensure timely resolution. Support new fund launches, product implementations, and conversions in collaboration with Relationship Management and global teams. Leverage internal systems to improve service efficiency, streamline workflows, and assist clients in adopting BBH technology. Ensure adherence to internal procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and risk awareness.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 1 to 3 years of financial industry experience
- experience in a client servicing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Japanese language skills
