Job Summary
Sr Client Service Associate at Wealth Enhancement in Falls Church, VA. Serves as a key liaison between clients, advisors, and internal/external partners to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience while supporting day-to-day operational needs of the office. Responsibilities include client onboarding and account administration, fund transfers and asset movements, maintaining Salesforce CRM records, coordinating with custodians and vendors, document management and workflow, and leading office operations and process improvements. Requires 5+ years in financial services or related fields and a bachelor’s degree (preferred) with strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. On-site, five days per week. Base salary range disclosed: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, client service, and operations support
- Knowledge of all basic account types and registrations as well as HSA, 529, Trusts
- Strong to expert level understanding of financial account administration, client service processes, and operational workflows
- Experience with Salesforce, Orion, Emoney, Microsoft Office tools, Schwab Advisor Center, and Fidelity Wealthscape platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional professionalism in client and advisor interactions
- Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and remain flexible under pressure
- Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills
