Job Summary
Manage and cultivate long-term client relationships within the PA-BAS sector, acting as the primary point of contact to understand business objectives and challenges. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth while leading client events for conversions, mergers, and liquidations. Proactively identify automation opportunities and process improvements, then collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver compelling proposals. Monitor satisfaction metrics, gather feedback for continuous improvement, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales within the financial services or professional services technology sector
- Proven track record of successfully providing client support
- Strong understanding of the mutual fund industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong client-centric approach
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
